Practica Evaluable #3

A great problem for people that start running are injuries related to make an over effort or not knowing how to run in a properly way.
People nowadays think that do jogging is as easy as buying a new pair of running shoes and go to see the city, but they are wrong. In addition, they try to get fit quickly, so they run too many times per week or spend several hours running in a day, but the worst situation is when people go to the street in a not really favorable weather such as really high temperatures or really low ones, aslo storming days. As a result, there are some people that get pretty bad injuries as broken anckles, muscles or, in the worst case, a sudden death.
To solve these problems, there are several solutions like getting information about what is the best way to start running for each person, get the right equipement that you are going to use, watch the forecast more often, so we can know if we will be able to go running, encourage some friends and gather to run, because if there is any problem, it will be easier to solve it among several people. Another good idea would be to hire a trainer so he/she can teach us about the best way to run, but only if we can afford it.
In conclusion, before starting running or any other sport we should get the advice of someone that is used to practice it; this is a wonderful way not to run risks that could be really bad for us.

Practica Evaluable #2

Skating around the city shouldn't be banned, because if skaters don't destroy the city, there is no point in forbidding it. I'm going to deffend what a lot of people hates, skating.
On the one hand, this is a really cool sport, which isn't expensive for beginners, that you can do by your own, and you will improve some of your skills like balance, strength or accuracy. Also, you may get to meet a lot of people that skate, they could be friends of yours in a future and would teach you some tricks or would help if you fall or get injured. In addition, if you improve little by little you may get sponsored by shops or brands, so as a result you could become a pro-skater like Tony Hawk.
On the other hand, we can find such as serious injuries, broken bones or crazy people, that learn too fast and sometimes hurt other people while improving. Elder people that are always complaining about skaters, although there is no one near them, it's also a problem. But the worst situation is when some skaters gets in trouble with cops because the have to pay a fine.
To summarise, I encourage anyone to take up skating as a new hobby, due to the fact that it's a healthy sport, a way to make lots of new friends and it's exciting. My advice for beginners: skate carrefully and stay away from injuries.
