Essay: Technology

Technology has made our life easier due to lots of inventions that have helped us to improve our lifestyles. In fact, sometimes we start to act very lazy because of this, or sometimes we tend to be more selfish, and so other problems. But, mainly, I have a possitive attitude.
I admit that our life is now better and easier, thanks to technology, for instance few year ago it was almost imposible to make a heart surgeon without any risk of death but now a days it's like another surgeon would be. It has also made communication quicker, there are so many apps that let us talk to our relatives our friends for free althoug they are so far away, also information is now within reach to anyone, and news are known, few seconds after something happen, around the world. This is the possitive part for me
The negative one would be that people tend to be more selfish and lesstalkative, for example few days ago I was with some friends, because we decided to meet after a long time without seeing us, and when we were on a pub waiting for the drinks, they started to use their mobile phones, and we didn't talk at all. another problem would be the price, everything related to technology it's usualy quite expensive, which is a problem because you are continuosly spending money buying new things or just fixing the ones that you already have.
Despite the negative part, I'm keen on technology and I support it, because it helped a lot, I see more possitive aspect than negative ones.
Finally I want to emphasise the most used invention in the last few years, the mobile phone. This, maybe it's the most useful and also the worst in some cases. I mean that nowadays everyone has a mobile phone, and it helped a lot on communication, it's easier, faster and free due to lots of apps that you can use, such as Skype or Whatsapp. You can keep everything you want inside it, like pictures, videos, files and so on. But maybe it's not that good because they tend to be bigger everyday, they are also quite expensive and also you need to pay for using internet and calling, so maybe it's not as good as people could think. People act quite selfish while using the phone because they ignore everything that it's not on their screen, and some even get adicted to phone and could not live without it.
To sum up, I do not hesitate about the great uses of the technology but if we don't learn how to use it properly we are not going to keep improving to balance technology and human relationship.

Wasting food is a really bad idea because there're a lot of people who are starving.

Problem
Sometimes people don't really care about wasting a bit of food, because no one would mind, but what would happen if any starving person were there looking at you when you throw food to the bin. Maybe we feel bad about ourselves and we learn to get only the food that we are going to eat, or maybe not.

Solution.
Make people realize about how bad it's to throw food away, and maybe they start to help the ones who are starving. This is my idea, but I'm sure there will be so many other idea that would help a lot.

My experience on the university is quite good at his moment. I have to confess that at first I was a bit affraid of it due to the fact that I didn't know anyone, and I wasn't sure about myself in the first days. But it turned out well because as I can say now I have a lot of friends, really good memories and I have learnt lots about the other people and also about  my self. I'm so happy about this experience at university and I'm looking forward to fisnish this year because I'm sure the next one is even better.

Advantages and disadvantages of using a longboard.

Advantages

·It's a fast way to move around the city

· It's so cheap, you don't have to refuel it

· You don't need so much space to keep

· You can learn tricks

· You might meet people that also does longboard

· Do some sport

Disadvantages
· You may crash
· You need balance
· You must spend at least 80€
· You should know how to ride
· Sometimes you don't have space to keep it
· People don't like them, so if you pass near someone you may get shouted at.

I want to tell you about American football, which is a great sport. This is a really famous sport in U.S.A but here in Spain is not that famous because most of the people support soccer or basketball. Also, there are some wrong ideas about it, such as the violence that people say you can see but it's not that hard. In contrast, you can find a lot of people that will help you in those matches if you get hurt or injuried while playing. In my opinion, this is the best sport in the world, because it's a teamsport where you can make a lot of friends and watch awesome events such as the superbowl or playsoff for promoting. Without hesitation, I love this wonderful sport and I'll support 49ers forever.
